History of the Lockport Heights Sanitary District
Established out of the neccesity to provide quality water and sanitary service for the residents in the Northwest corner of Will County, the Lockport Heights Sanitary District was formed by the Northern Illinois Planning Commission over 5 decades ago. It continues to exist and operate with the primary goal to provide the best services in a responsibly funded manner. Our belief is that if you don’t realize we are there working for you then we are doing our job well.
